F.R.O.G. Maintenance and Repairs was established in 2012 by Chad Eales. With more than 13 years of experience in the paint tinting industry, Chad has extensive knowledge of servicing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of tinting equipment from leading manufacturers.

Chad began his career at Spectramix, the South African agents for the Corob range of tinting equipment. He later joined Prominent Paints, where he worked for nearly ten years in several technical and management roles. During his time at Prominent Paints, Chad served as Tinting Support Manager, overseeing the company's tinting systems and providing technical support across the business. He was also involved in the Technical Services Department, worked in the laboratory, and played a key role in developing and maintaining tinting databases.
